Designed, developed and fabricated a series of six machines to
automate the production of precision ignition devices.
Designed and fabricated custom high-load capacity solid rubber
drive wheels.
Designed precision high capacity power screw lift tables for
Lawrence Livermore Laboratory.
Diagnosed production reproducibility problems in bulk paper
drilling process. Designed modification of in-house machinery and procedure's.
Designed precision high capacity paper stack caliper to eliminate
miscount of pages in printed documents and books.
Designed and developed first dual scan ultrasonic probe for
medical imaging.
Defined and implemented a lens temperature reduction research and
development program for Hydrel architectural lighting products.
Invented hot gas soldering/desoldering tooling for lead-less
surface mounted devices. Invention was published in NASA Tech Briefs, 1989.
